Returns & Exchanges:

At Free Spirit Fashion Boutique, we’re committed to making sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and secure. You have 7 days to initiate a return from day of receiving, After the 7 days have passed, no return will be accepted.


📦 Return Shipping & Fulfillment Notice:

To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please note that we operate with multiple fulfillment centers across the U.S.

For this reason, returns must only be sent to the address provided during the return authorization process.
➡️ Do not send returns to any address listed on your package or our contact page those are not return processing locations and will not be able to receive or process your item.


✅ How to Initiate a Return:

Log in to your account at www.freespiritfashionboutique.com

Go to your Order History, select the item you'd like to return, and click "Request Return"

Complete the form with your reason for return (photo may be required for damaged/defective items)

Once approved, you’ll receive an email with:

Your Return Authorization (RA) number

The correct return shipping address

Carefully repackage the item and include the RA number inside the package

Ship your return within 7 days of approval

Once received, your return will be inspected and refunded within 5–7 business days.

If you did not make an account at Free Spirit Fashion Boutique, you can send request to Info@Freespiritfashionboutique.com, although we **ADVISE** all customers to make an account for reasons that we do receive so many e-mails other than from customers, it could be overlooked by no fault of Free Spirit Fashion Boutique. You agree not to hold Free Spirit Fashion Boutique liable for unanswered return request and at our discretion have the final say if we will accept it or not if after the 7 days have passed. WE STRONGLY ADVISE TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT WITH FREE SPIRIT FASHION BOUTIQUE, THIS IS SOLELY FOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN US AND THE CUSTOMER THROUGH THEIR PERSONAL ACCOUNT & YOUR RETURN REQUEST WILL BE SEEN, AND EITHER ACCEPTED OR DENIED.
