Refund policy

We accept returns 7 days from first day of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in sellable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. At Free Spirit Fashion Boutique we want you to love your purchase. If you receive a defective item or were sent incorrect size, here's how we handle it:

  • Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. instead, please place a new order for the correct size or replacement item so it can be shipped to you right away. 7 day rule still applies.
  • Defective or incorrect items: If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected at our returns department, we will issue a full refund for the item and the original shipping cost.  
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your card once your return has been approved.
  • Conditions: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the tags attached. Final sale items {including jewelry, swimwear, intimates, beauty products, masks, bodysuits, are not eligible for returns or any refund.
